It often takes an artist several months or even a year to record and release an album. William Lee Golden and The Goldens will be releasing three full length albums in the coming months.

“Old Country Church Gospel”, “Country Roads: Vintage Country Classics”, and “Southern Accents: Pop & Country Rock” are set to be released early in 2022.

Oak Ridge Boy, Grand Ole Opry member, Country Music Hall of Famer, and Gospel Music Hall of Fame artist William Lee Golden found plenty to keep him busy during the pandemic lock down last year. Golden; sons Rusty, Craig, and Chris; grandchildren Elizabeth, Rebekah, and Elijah; along with friends Aaron McCune, Ben Isaacs, and Michael Sykes all gathered and spent time recording. The result was three albums worth of music.

All 30 of the songs recorded for the albums have had an impact on Golden and his family in some way.

Golden spoke on the three albums in different genres saying, “music has always been a huge part of my life. When my boys were growing up, it was important for me to introduce them to music of all walks of life.” He added, “throughout the years, we’ve sung together many times, but never on an official project. Due to the world’s events of the last year and a half, we decided as a family that it was time to record 32 of our favorite songs, which then turned into three full albums of country, rock, and gospel! We are so excited for everyone to hear our version of these classic hits.”
