It’s Disney Night on “Dancing with the Stars” where the couples are looking for some magic to keep them in the competition as they perform to long time favourites and new Disney songs.

This week the dancers travel to Disneyland to celebrate the Magic Kingdom for some inspiration.

The night begins with a group performance to a medley of Disney songs.

The Disney characters join hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews in the Ballroom.

Sailor and Val get the night of competition started off with Viennese Waltz to music from “Cinderella” with Sailor taking on the role of Cinderella. Len called the dance light and fluffy like a soufle; adding that she will be back next week. Bruno called Sailor the belle of the ball; adding that it was light and fluid. Carrie Ann said that Sailor was in character and she got emotional; dding that it was an amazing dance. Sailor and Val scored 24 points for their dance.

After being saved last week Karamo and Jenna dance a tribute to “The Lion King” with a Samba. Bruno said that Karamo took part of the dance like a leader; adding that he needs to work on the elasticity in his moves. Carrie Ann gave them suggestions on working together. While he thought the dance was joyful, Len noted that Karamo had issues with his feet. Their visit to Disney was the first time that Karamo has ever been there. Karamo and Jenna scored 21 points for their dance.

Kate and Pasha dance a Jazz routine to music from “Mary Poppins”. A dance minor in college, Kate has previous training in Jazz dancing. Like “Mary Poppins”, Kate comes floating down to the dance floor. Carrie Ann said that Kate is back; adding that they were so well rehearsed. Len liked that variety in the moves; adding that Kate is back in the game. Bruno said that the dance was full of content and had an old dance feel to it. Kate and Pasha scored 24 points for their dance.

Sean and Lindsay Quickstep to the music of “Toy Story 4”. Len said that Sean has a friend in him; adding that he watched very carefully. Sean like the heel leads, that they did a lot in hold, and a proper dance. Bruno noted that there was a lot of effort put into the dance; adding that it looked like a Quickstep. Carrie Ann said that it was Sean’s best dance. Sean and Lindsay scored 19 points for their dance with Sean’s first seven from Carrie Ann.

Ally Brooke and Sasha perform the first Contemporary routine of the season to the music of “Beauty and the Beast”. Host Tom Bergeron said that it was the second time tonight that he got goose bumps. Bruno called it a minute and a half of happiness; adding that Ally puts her whole self into the dance. Carrie Ann said that Ally creates her own shapes and dances from her heart. Len called the dance smooth like butter on a hot muffin; adding that it was a cracking routine. Ally and Sasha scored 27 points for their dance earning the first nines of the season.

Daniella and the pros give a performance to music from the upcoming “Frozen 2”.

Lauren and Gleb dance a Samba to the music of “The Little Mermaid”. Carrie Ann said that Lauren makes a great “Little Mermaid”; adding that Lauren had the balance in the dance. Len liked the Samba content among the frifery. Len called Lauren a really nice dancer. Bruno said that Lauren was great underwater and pretty good on dry land too. Lauren and Gleb scored 23 points for their dance.

Kel and Witney perform a Jazz routine to music from “High School Musical”. Tom said that Kel was in his element. Len said that it was a dance really suited Kel. Bruno said that Kel was in the zone and graduated top in his class. Carrie Ann said that Kel led the number with some high octane dancing. Kel and Witney scored 26 points for their dance with nines from Carrie Ann and Bruno.

Hannah and Alan dance a Foxtrot to the music of “Aladdin”. Bruno called the dance radiant and enchanting. Carrie Ann said that the dance was stunning. Len called Hannah a lovely dancer; adding that she is fantastic in hold. Hannah and Alan scored 25 points for their dance.

Closing out the night of dancing, James and Emma Paso Doble to the music from “Pirates of the Caribbean”. Tom called it a great finish to a fun night. Carrie Ann called the performance insane; adding the energy was off the charts. Carrie Ann noted that this is James’ dance. Len called the dance strong and dramatic with a touch of aggression. Len called it a great routine very well done. For Bruno the dance was a bit hit; adding that this is the most exciting unpredictable season yet. James and Emma scores 26 points for their dance.
