While there have always been the occasional Hollywood actor to make an appearance on Broadway; the past few seasons have seen a larger than normal number of stars making their debuts on the Broadway stage.
With the end of summer approaching (theatre season wise), Broadway is preparing for a new season of shows…and stars to see.

Kevin McHale in “The Rocky Horror Show” beginning August 25
Bowen Yang as Mary Todd Lincoln in “Oh, Mary!” beginning September 12
Christopher Jacksson will reprise his role as George Washington in “Hamilton” from September 8 to January 3
Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Joe Keery, Allison Janney, Ed Harris, and Lily Rabe in “Other Desert Cities” beginning September 29
Billy Crystal in his one man show “860” about the home he lost in the California wildfires beginning October 1
Tom Blythe and Bradley Whitford in “A Few Good men” beginning October 8
Luke James and Ledisi in the new musical “Wanted” beginning October 15
Tom Hiddleston and Hayley Atwell in “Much Ado About Nothing” in a 10 week limited engagement beginning November 19. Hiddleston and Atwell will be reprising their roles from the West End production of the play.
Rosamund Pike in “Inter Alia” beginning December 1. Pike is reprising her role from the West End production.
Rachel Zegler in the role of Evita Peron when the production makes the move from the West End to Broadway beginning February 27.
Francisco Arnaud, David Corenswet, and Yvonne Strahovski making their Broadway debuts in “Three Days of Rain” beginning in February 2027
