“Stranger Things” started out ass a television series and has expanded into a successful Broadway and West End play. Now, Dark Horse Books is going to turn “Stranger Things: The First Shadow” into an 80 page graphic novel.
Created by Rachel Pinnelas, Jake Bartok, Michael Atiyeh, and Tyler Smith; the book is set for a January 19 release and will be available where ever comic books are sold.
A prequel to the television series, “The First Shadow” is the story of villain Vecna.
“Stranger Things: The First Shadow” is set to close on the West End December 27 after a run of over three years and a final performance on Broadway January 3.
Earlier this year, the play was filmed live on stage for a later broadcast on Netflix.
The play has won two Olivier Award and four Tony Awards.
