Dan Seals of England Dan and John Ford Coley died in 2009, but like so many artists his music lives on and continues to inspire and entertain.

On August 26, Seals estate will be releasing the album “The Last Duet” – an album featuring Seals with numerous artists from across the musical world including former partner John Ford Coley.

Award winning producer Lehning spoke on Dan Seals saying, “Dan was always true: as a singer, as an artist and as a man.  Seeing the way all of these artists responded when they had Dan’s voice in their ears shows how that warm truth in his voice still touches people in the best way. The song ‘Still Reelin” was Dan reflecting on the effect that Elvis and the early rock n’ rollers had on him as a child, it’s nice to see that people are ‘still reelin” from his music today.”

Seals was inducted into the Texas Heritage Songwriters Hall of Fame last year in a posthumous induction.
