Fishbone is celebrating 40 years of music with a limited edition album release and a new tour this spring.
The double LP is a reissue for the 40th anniversary of “In Your Face” – the band’s debut album released in 1986. The album is limited to 1,000 copies worldwide. The Black vinyl and Tiger’s Eye vinyl are available now for pre-order for $50 at fishbone.net.
The band will be performing “In You Face” in its entirety during the tour with the second set featuring classics and fan favourites.
The anniversary “In You Face” features a remastered original album with the second disc a tribute album with Fishbone songs covered by bands around the world.
Each copy will also include special collector inserts.
Fishbone reports that tour, independent retail, and special edition pressings will be coming in the near future.
