After a two year absence, “The Phantom of the Opera” returned to the stage in the Off Broadway production “Masquerade” September 29.

The original run of shows sold out very quickly and the show has been extended to February 1.

“Masquerade” goes beyond the traditional production created by Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber and is now an immersive production that makes use of the entire building.

With “Lotto 666”, “Masquerade” has launched a lottery for fans with a standby option.  Tickets are  going for just $66,60 – less than 1/3 of the original full price tickets.

The 666 is in reference to the lot number of the chandelier in the auction in the original musical.

The lottery will be an in-person event prior to each evening’s performance beginning November 16 at 5pm.

There will also be a “Black tie Standby Line” that will offer a limited number of tickets to the show for $170 that will be available just one hour prior to the show begins.  The “Black tie Standby Line” begins November 12 and is based on the availability returned and cancelled tickets.

An immersive production, “Masquerade” has no traditional seating and puts on six different shows each night.

Attendees have been requested to wear black, white, and/or sliver clothing with comfortable shoes.  A mask is also requested but will be provided if needed.

While covering several floors of the building, the production is fully ADA compliant.  Anyone requiring special needs are invited to send a message via email to access@masqueradenyc.com.

Tickets are available at  MasqueradeNYC.com.
