Well, for starters, I wouldn’t be sitting here typing on Word Press or have a website.
While my life would not be boring, it would be somewhat more complicated.
When I first started out as a journalist the computer was a new thing where stories were typed into the computer by someone other than the journalist.
Desktop Publishing was in its infancy and took someone with specific skills to layout the paper and get it to the printer.
Now, we just type the story in and post it or in the case of an assignment, just email it to the right person.
Research would certainly take a lot longer to complete and verify the facts. At least there wouldn’t be so much “fake news” to sift through.
I have a file cabinet with lots of music in it, but there is just as much on my iPad.
The books might be ok, they are on the Kindle but with no computer, I could not get any new ones. There’s only about 900 of them on there now. 🙂
Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical about the internet and computers when I first started; now, it is as much a part of life as walking and sleeping.
What would my life be like without a computer??? I’d survive, but things sure would be a lot harder.
