On September 28 the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will celebrate the third annual Music Keynote to the City with Cleveland City Councilman Brian Kazy and members of the Grammy Award winning hip-hop group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony – Krayzie, Layzie, Bizzy, and Wish Bone.
Krayzie Bone spoke on the upcoming recognition saying, “this Keynote Award means more than recognition – it’s confirmation. Confirmation that our story, our struggles, and our sound meant something deeper than music. From Cleveland’s corners to the classrooms, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony inspired a generation to believe in their own voice. To be only the third music group to receive this honor? That’s legacy. That’s love. And that’s why we’ve always done it – for the people.”
And Rihanna has more than a new baby to celebrate when the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame welcomes some new artifacts to the museum.
Bone Thugs N Harmony was formed in Cleveland in 1991 and after a recognition ceremony for the band, the Bone’s will give a performance.
The Rock Hall welcomes three outfits from her “Rude Boy” music video and “Rehab” American Music Award performance. The artifacts join the “Legends of Rock” exhibit.

The sold out event begins at 3:30pm on the Union Home Mortgage Plaza.
Cleveland residents can visit the Rock Hall for free via the CLE*VIP program thanks to the KeyBank.
