Apparently a hostile takeover of the Kennedy Center wasn’t enough. Now the Smithsonian Institute is being targeted!
In the latest of a long list of executive orders, the White House aims to “reshape” the Smithsonian Institute and their “divisive narratives and improper ideology” programs.
From a man who is known for his “alternative facts” and questionable truths, he claims that, “there has been a concerted and widespread effort over the past decade to rewrite American history by replacing objective facts with a distorted narrative driven by ideology rather than truth.”
The executive order puts the Vice President in charge to “remove improper ideology” throughout the Smithsonian Institute which includes the museums, education and research centers, and the National Zoo.
