The newest bio-musical scheduled to hit Broadway is “Just in Time” starring Tony Award winning performer Jonathan Groff as Bobby Darrin has postponed its official opening after the first previews had to be cancelled.

“Just in Time” is set as an immersive intimate night club.  The change from a traditional stage setting took the Circle in the Square Theatre longer than anticipated.

The musical was originally scheduled to open to previews on March 28 with an official opening on April 23.  After the delays, previews are set to begin on March 31 with an official opening on April 26.

An additional performance has been added on April 24.  Even though the official opening is set for April 26, the opening celebration will be held on April 23.

Official reviews will be released on April 26.

“Just in Time” is the life story of Bobby Darrin and includes hit songs “Splish Splash”, “Beyond the Sea”, and “Mack the Knife”.

Erika Henningsen, Michele Pawk, Joe Barbara, Emily Bergl, Gracie Lawrence, Lance Roberts, Caesar Samayoa, Julia Grondin, Valeria Yamin, John Treacy Egan, Tari Kelly, Matt Magnusson, Khori Michelle Petinaud, and Larkin Reill also appear in the musical.
