Earlier this month the Recording Academy announced that the 64th annual Grammy Awards originally scheduled for January 31 were being postponed due to Covid issues.

Not only do the Grammy’s have a new date, they will also be making a road trip and are taking place in a new city.

The 2022 edition of the Grammy Awards will be held in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on A[ro; 3. CBS will still carry the live television broadcast beginning at 8pm eastern time with Emmy Award winning show host Trevor Noah hosting the event.

This marks the first time in Grammy history that the awards will be held in Las Vegas.

The new date and location of the annual Grammy Award ceremonies currently pertains to only the award ceremonies. Other events surrounding the awards ceremonies like the annual MusiCares Person of the Year events will be announced in the coming weeks.
