Despite a year marred by the continued Covid pandemic, award winning independent music artist Rachael Sage had a very busy 2021 and has no plans of slowing down in 2022.

Rachael is also celebrating 25 years since her first album release – the same amount of time needed for an artist to be eligible for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame – “Morbid Romantic”.

Much of 2021 was lost for many due to the pandemic; despite the restrictions, Rachael had a very busy year that saw her write her first forward for “How to Be Successful in Independent Music” by Jane Ireland, a nomination for the Pop Awards Icon of the Year; along with Jason Mraz and Shemekia Copeland, performing a limited tour including release parties for her album “Poetica”, an art show at the Think Gallery, the 2021 Platinum Winner by the LIT Talent Awards, and the release of the remixes for “Blue Sky Days” and “Cave”; and the release of the singles “Thanksgiving”, “Passenger”, “Magenta & Blue”, and “Unconditional”.

Rachael has planned a number of tour dates for 2022 including some dates where she will be opening for Howard Jones and his Trio.
