As expected, NASCAR has levied penalties on the Joe Gibbs Racing number 18 Xfinity Series car after it was discovered that the car failed ride height measurement minimums in post race inspection at the end of the Pocono Green 250.

As a result of the infraction, crew chief Eric Phillips has been fined $10,000 and has been suspended for the next race at Michigan International Speedway this weekend. Team owner Joe Gibbs has been docked 10 car owner points.

Driver Kyle Busch is a Monster Energy Cup Series regular and did not earn any driver points for the race and cannot be docked any driver points.

Kyle Busch dominated the race on the way to winning his 92nd Xfinity Series race.
