They (whoever THEY are) say that everything old is new again.  That is especially true in fashion and music which are cyclical.

On the heels of their hit song “Starless”, Rockers A Perfect Circle have just released a new hit single “To Whom it May Concern” and will be launching a big tour next spring.

The band Puscifer will be the opening act for the Canadian dates; plus Detroit.  The Cult will serve as the opening act for the remainder of the tour.

Tickets are on sale now at A Perfect Circle’s website.

But before the big North American tour, A Perfect Circle will be touring much of the rest of the world beginning with South America.
