I am not the crazy adventurous type but going up in the hot air balloon was nearly indescribable.
I felt free and alive. I didn’t want to come down.
Last week I checked out the new attraction at the Niagara Falls State Park – ROAR – a virtual reality “ride” that travelled over, around, and under Niagara Falls. It was something to behold! I kept wanting to pick my feet up so they wouldn’t get wet; that’s how close we were to the water.
Talk about a thrill!
But the one thing that really makes me feel alive is when I get to go out on the boat…and drive. 🙂
We have engines to drive and it is incredible, especially when we hit the wake from another boat and go wake hopping!
The power of the engines and the wind blowing your hair is exilerating!
I never want it to end!
Sitting behind the wheel and controlling all of that power is like nothing else. I would never get behind the wheel of a race car and try to run 200mph, but I think I can understand the excitement and the drive behind it.
I’m not quite like Goose and Maverick who feel the need for speed, but running even 25mph on the river is an incredible experience and feeling.
