Jesse Tyler Ferguson and hubby Justin Mikita have created a new Musical Comedy Microseries “Theater Kids vs. Zombies”.
Multiple Award winning songwriter and guitarist Shane McAnally provided the music for the series.
The new vertical series (programming made specifically for mobile phones in the upright – portrait – format) will begin later this year.
The series features a group of high school theatre kids whose school gets attacked by zombies. And the only thing that can save them is to put on the greatest show of their lives.
Award winning choreographer Jamal Sims provides the choreography for the series.
“Theatre Kids vs. Zombies” stars Kadyn Kozminski, Jeff Lawless, Amanda Drewes, John Woodss III, and Daneille Judovits.
Ferguson and Mikita spoke on the series via statement saying, “musical theatre and zombies are our passion, so this is a no brainer! Thrilled to be bringing this silly, joyful, camp, and fun microseries to life (or.. death?) with this incredible team.”
