In this week’s penalty report, NASCAR has issued suspensions to the Beard Motorsports number 62 team after Casey Mears’ car lost a wheel during The Great American Getaway 400 at Pocono Raceway on Sunday.
Garrett Crall and Caison Dillon have been suspended for the next two Cup Series races.
NASCAR stated that Beard Motorsports violated Sections 8.8.10.4.A&D of the NASCAR rule book.
This weekend NASCAR travels to San Diego and Naval Station Coronado for a triple header weekend of street racing.
