The rains cancelled and delayed racing events once again this past weekend at Nashville Superspeedway; but all three races were completed in full.

After jumping the start of the race, pole sitter Denny Hamlin had to serve a passthrough penalty and was relegated to last place but remained on the lead lap.  But by the end of the race that saw numerous caution flags for crashes and blown brake rotors, Hamlin had worked his way back to the front of the field.  In the end, Hamlin battled with teammates Christopher Bell and Chase Briscoe for the lead.  Hamlin won his 62nd career race. 

Despite the win, Hamlin continues to hold second place in the Point Standings with Tyler Reddick leading the standings and has a lead of nearly 100 points.

Allgaier has amassed 225 stage points with a total of 770 points to lead the point standings, 149 points over reigning champion Jesse Love.
