The Cup Series returns after the Easter holiday for the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway. The day resulted in an overtime finish and a first career win for Joe Gibbs Racing driver Ty Gibbs.
Tyler Reddick continues to lead in the point standings by 62 points over Ryan Blaney.
Speaking on Ryan Blaney…he has passed over 80 cars on the track in the past few weeks due to issues on pit road and has still managed to finish the race near the top of the field.

Corey Heim’s bid to win all three of the Triple Truck Challenge races fell short after an early crash sent Heim to the garage.
With a record seven Cup Series drivers participation in the race, Christopher Bell took the checkered flag.
Chandler Smith finished second and was believed to win the money but NASCAR clarified the rule saying the driver has to win the race to win the money. However, the controversy over Corey Heim not being declared a full time driver in the Craftsman Truck Series but still managed to take home the money.
Chandler Smith returns to the top of the leaderboard in the point standings but is just one point in front of Kaden Honeycutt.
