Whenever I hear or see someone complaining about being bored, I have to wonder why. There really is no reason to be bored…at least in my book.

The only time I find myself getting bored is when I am in a situation where I have to sit around waiting…usually for a ride or the bus…and have to keep track of when the ride arrives…can’t really read in that situation. Otherwise, I read.
I own a Kindle and it goes everywhere I do. When I leave home, I make sure I have my wallet, phone, asthma inhaler, keys, and Kindle! The essentials.
Can’t see the words on the page? Audio books are as prevalent as print books. They have lots of both at the local library.
I just don’t understand being bored. I am one of those people who has to keep busy. I just can’t sit and do nothing. I can sit still, but I have to be doing something. Boredom isn’t a part of the mix.
