Mother Nature took over Broadway last week with a major snowstorm that has ravished the nation.  With the bad weather keeping people at home, just nine of the 31 shows made it into the Million Dollar Club; but despite nearly a foot of snow in New York City, fans still flocked to see Tom Felton and “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child”.  The show brought in over $2 million last week.

Last week was also the launch of the bi-annual Broadway Week program which allows theater fans to purchase two tickets for the price of one for many of the shows.  Broadway Week will run through February 12.
