More and more artists are celebrating 40 and 50 year anniversaries with reissues of older albums.

The latest band to join the club is Supertramp!

On March 20, Supertramp will release the next batch of anniversary reissues.  Following the reissue of “Crime of the Century” and “Crisis? What Crisis?”; Supertramp will release “Even in the Quiet Moments”, “Breakfast in America”, and “Famous Last Words”.

While “Even in the Quiet Moments” and their final album “Famous Last Words” found some success; it was “Breakfast in America” that was the band’s most successful venture. 

The album was originally released in 1979 and went on to sell over 22 million copies and spent 88 consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200 Album chart.  It has since had nearly one billion streams with hit singles “The Logical Song”, Goodbye Stranger”, and “Take the Long Way Home”.  The album has earned two Grammy Awards, an Ivor Novello, and found its way onto numerous Best Albums charts.
