This year marks the 40th anniversary since the release of the film and subsequent soundtrack “Pretty in Pink”. To mark that celebration, Ume is releasing a special limited edition anniversary soundtrack of the album March 13.
The anniversary album will be released in two formats – a standard black vinyl and a limited edition baby pink vinyl that will include two previously unreleased songs – “Try a Little Tenderness” by Otis Redding and “Rudy” by Talk Back. The pink vinyl comes in a gatefold sleeve that features photographs from the film.
