The Canadian band Old Crow Medicine Show now calls Nashville home and it has apparently been very good for their creativity.  After having a big hit with their song “Wagon Wheel” (yes, they wrote the song); they have created a number of whimsical songs including “Mean Enough” and “Hope I’m Stoned (When Jesus Comes to Take Me Home)”.

Now, if you are tired of the same old holiday songs, the Old Crow Medicine Show has a song for you!

From their upcoming album “OCMS XMAS” they have released “Corn Whiskey Christmas”.  As the song suggests, it’s the tale of a joyous holiday thanks to “Grandpappy’s” homemade corn product – it’s been brewing since before the war!

OCMS member Cory Younts spoke on the holidays and song saying, “the holidays are all about celebrating with family and friends. A little whiskey can help with the festivities. It’s good for what ails ya!”

“OCMS XMAS” is set for a November 21 release and features eleven original songs.

The track listing for the “OCSM XMAS”:
“Breakin’ Up Christmas”
“Holly Jolly Christmas”
“Jolly Man”
“North by Northwest”
“Corn Whiskey Christmas”
“Happy XMAS (War is Over)”
“All About a Baby”
“Jinglin’ Jack Guy”
“Store-Bought Christmas”
“December 26”
“Krampus Night”
“Grandpa’s Gone”
“Bethlehem, PA”
