The Descendents “I Don’t Want to Grow Up” album is getting a 40th anniversary reissue on November 21. It was the punk rockers second album release, originally released in 1985.
A fairly new medium in 1985 – CD’s were first released in 1982 – the album is being released on vinyl LP in a variety of colours, CD, and on cassette. A special Punk Note LP with alternate packaging will also be available.
The punk rockers have recently reclaimed ownership of the master recordings and are reissuing the catalogue.
Fresh out of college, Milo Aukerman did the singing on the album with new guitarist Ray Cooper.
