It’s hard to believe but it has been 20 years since Icelandic ambient rockers released their album “Takk”. The band has planned a special 20th anniversary release but are keeping the details close to their vest until September 1.
But in the meantime, fans can view some of the fan recordings from the 2005 tour. The videos feature videos of fans performing Sigur Ros songs.
Sigur Ros is currently on tour promoting their album “Atta” that has taken them across the planet and ending with a handful of North American dates. Many of the shows include performances with orchestras.
