The newest exhibit at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame features artifacts from 2002 inductees Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.

Featured in the Main Hall of the Hall of Fame are artifacts from the band’s “Long After Dark” album and tour.

Artifacts include handwritten lyrics, backstage passes and ticket stubs, Tom Petty’s acoustic guitar, the script for the music video “You Got Lucky”, and cassette tapes from the tour in 1982.

The exhibit is open to the public and is a part of the entrance fees into The Hall.

“Long After Dark” was the Heartbreakers third and final album with Jimmy Iovine as producer.

Originally the film “Tom Petty: Heartbreakers Beach Party” only aired on MTV; later this year, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will present a special screening of the film.
