The 2025 Kyle Petty Charity Ride is over and the memories have been properly logged in memories and photo books.

Now the planning for the next ride begins…and this one is special! The year 2026 marks the 30th anniversary of the Kyle Petty Charity Ride.

Going back to where it all began, the Charity Ride will begin at the road course track in the Napa Valley at Sonoma Raceway. While the remaining stops have yet to be planned out, the ride will end at home and Charlotte Motor Speedway. It all begins on May 1 and ends May 9.

Speaking on the 2026 Charity Ride, creator Kyle Petty said, “for the 30th Anniversary Kyle Petty Charity Ride, we wanted to make it something truly special and ride cross country once again. To make it even better, we are starting and finishing in the same area we did for the first Ride. We will be reliving 30 years of memories and making even more along the way.”

He added, “we have been able to work with Marcus Smith and his team at Speedway Motorsports to lock in our start and end dates at two of their premier facilities – Sonoma Raceway and Charlotte Motor Speedway. The 30thAnniversary Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America will hit some iconic spots along the way, but to start and finish at two of my favorite racetracks will be something special for myself and each of our riders.”
President & CEO of Speedway Motorsports Marcus Smith said “The Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America has been positively impacting the lives of children and families for three decades. We look forward to kicking off the Ride for Kyle in Sonoma and then welcoming everyone home to Charlotte after a cross-country trek of adventures.”
Created in memory of his son Adam, money raised during the ride goes to Victory Junction – a camp designed for children with chronic illnesses and disabilities. While it costs some $2,500 for a child to attend the camp for one week; they pay nothing thanks to the generous donations from the Charity Ride.

Victory Junction gives the campers a chance to just be a kid and have fun for a week.
Since the first Kyle Pett Charity Ride in 1995, the riders have raised over $23 million for charity and since 2004, Victory Junction Camp exclusively. Victory Junction has provided camp experiences for nearly 140,000 children.
