How do you feel about cold weather?
An interesting prompt for someone who lives in snow country.
I really don’t mind the cold weather or even the snow; it’s the WIND that really gets me, it seems to go right through you and chills you to the bone!
Which is a bit odd from someone who was born in a hot southern state; but then again, me and the hot weather have never gotten along. 🙂
It never ceases to amaze me how people complain every winter about the cold and snow; but once it warms up in summer, those very same people complain about the heat! I much prefer the cold; at least I can add more layers of clothes to keep warm, I can only take off so many when it gets hot before the cops get involved. 🙂
Besides that, I’m not in to showing off my nakedness. 🙂
I admit, I can’t ride my bike in the snow and it is rather rough when a cold wind blows; but as much as I prefer the cold, I am not one to be outside all the time.
My brother thinks that 80 to 85 degrees is great lawn mowing weather; I’m like, Dude I’m dying up here! Eighty-five in August for a week is fine; after that, it’s time to find some serious cooler air!
I miss out on a good deal of events in the summer because I get sick in the heat. I’ll take winter over a hot summer any day!
