With spring…at least on the calendar…in full swing, Broadway is also in full swing with a packed house of 40 plays and musicals for theater fans from which to choose.
While only 17 of those 40 shows made it in the Million Dollar Club – “Good Night, and Good Luck” set a new record with a box office draw of $3.78 million! There were a total of five shows in the Million Dollar Club that topped the $2 million mark last week.
In total, Broadway shows brought in “44.16 million last week with a total of 90 percent of the seats filled with audience members.
