It has been nine years since Ziggy Stardust – David Bowie – died at the age of 69. At the time his daughter Lexi was just 16 years old.
Last week, she quietly released her debut album titled “Xandri”.
Born Alexandria Zahra Jones, Lexi is the daughter of Bowie and supermodel actress Iman. Following in her father’s footsteps, Lexi Jones has been dropping snippets from the 12 song album via her Instagram account. The album features pop, electronic, and indie rock music.
The album’s title “Xandri” is taken from the Greek meaning “defender of mankind”.
