One of the newest productions on Broadway is the Gen-Z targeted revival of “Romeo & Juliet”.  Just three weeks in, it has already joined the Million Dollar Club.

About to have its official opening, “Sunset Boulevard” has also worked its way into the Million Dollar Club.

Mainstays “Wicked”, “The Lion King”, and “Hamilton” ruled the top five with “Moulin Rouge! The Musical” and “The Outsiders” topped out the top five this week.  “Wicked” and “The Lion King” topped $2 million last week.

There are currently 32 productions running on Broadway which brought in a total of $34 million last week – a 15 percent increase over last week.  And, the annual holiday season is just around the corner.

There are 14 productions in the Million Dollar club this week.
