The 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris have concluded.  The People’s Republic of China and the United States tied in the gold medal count with 40.  The U.S. topped the board in total medals with 126.

While the television broadcasts covered a lot of the events during the two plus weeks of competition; they could not be everywhere.  Below is a breakdown of what medals were won in each sport:

Archery – one silver medal and one bronze medal
Artistic Gymnastics – three gold medals, one silver medal, and five bronze medals

Breaking (dance) – 1 bronze medal

Cycling BMX Freestyle – 1 silver medal
Cycling Mountain Bike – 1 silver medal

Cycling Track – 2 gold medals
Diving – 1 silver medal
Equestrian – 1 silver medal
Fencing – 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal, and 1 bronze medal
Football – 1 gold medal
Golf – 1 gold medal
Rowing – 1 gold medal and 1 bronze medal
Rugby Sevens – 1 bronze medal
Sailing – 1 bronze medal
Shooting – 1 gold medal, 3 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal
Skateboarding – 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal

Surfing – 1 gold medal
Swimming – 8 gold medals, 13 silver medals, and 7 bronze medals
Taekwondo – 1 bronze medal
