Progressive rockers Nektar have a new remastered and expanded edition of their “Recycled” boxed set. The rockers have added 32 new tracks to the collection that includes two rare singles and the very first mix of the album by then Beatles engineer Geoff Emerick. The set also includes three live CD’s from the Recycled Tour in 1976 for a full five CD collection.
The “Recycled” album was originally released in 1975. It was a concept album over concerns about the environment and pollution. A subject that is even more prevalent today.
Larry Fast of Synergy was a guest performer on the album.
Along with all the music, the new “Recycled” package includes an illustrated book.
