ATO Records has a number of new albums coming out on vinyl in the next couple of months including a debut release album.

Chicano Batman’s new album “Notebook Fantasy” is set for a March 29 release.  After forming in 2008, Chicano Batman has gone from dive bars to the Hollywood Bowl.  Fans can pre-order a limited edition white vinyl with a champagne splatter.


Australian Grace Cummings new album “Ramona” is set for an April 5 release.  The album is being released on gold vinyl.  Cummings will be opening for fellow ATO artist King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard on their European tour this spring.


Coming out on February 2, Mexican guitar virtuosos Rodrigo y Gabriela will release a deluxe edition of their debut self-titled album.  In the album’s original release, it sold over 750,000 copies.  For the deluxe edition of the album, the original has been remastered and a second album features a liver performance in 2006 at the Olympia Theatre in Paris.  Known as “The Crocodile Album” by fans, the deluxe set will be available in Crocodile Green vinyl.


Jim James of My Morning Jacket, is re-relasing his 2013 debut album “Regions of Light and Sound of God”.  The song “State of The Art (A.E.I.O.U)” was used in the premiere episode of “True Detective” season four.  James is releasing the album will be on opaque purple vinyl and housed in a rainbow foil jacket.


Friko is set to release their debut album “Where We’ve Been, Where We Go from Here” on February 16.  The Chicago duo of Bailey Minsenberger and Niko Kapetan mix post-punk, chamber-pop and experimental rock to create their own unique sound.  The album will be available on vinyl, CD, and cassette.


Available now, the Black Pumas have a new album titled “Chronicles of a Diamond” which is created using clear vinyl.  The duo have been making the “Talk show” circuit recently sharing some of the new songs from the album.


King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have a couple of releases coming out – a new album and a re-release.  “Nonagon Infinity” is available in standard and deluxe formats.  The “first infinitely looping album”, the project was years in the making.  The “Nonagon Infinity” comes in a swamp green and bone with magenta, mustard and black splatter.  The Deluxe edition comes in doublemint green and Easter yellow with red and black splatter.  The package features a bonus LP of 10 demos and a fold out poster.

“Murder of the Universe” is a concept album that was released in 2017.  The album comes in double translucent red vinyl with heavy black splatter and side D gator etching.


Pachyman’s new album “Switched On” features the music of 70’s era Jamaican and reggae.  His Tik-Tok videos have reached one million views.


Brigette Calls Me Baby releases their debut EP “This House is Made of Corners” and will be heading out on the road next month for a tour.  The album is available on translucent pink vinyl.

The hometown show in Chicago has already sold out.
