Social media is frequently filled with complaints about the one mile track at Phoenix Raceway ending the NASCAR racing season each November. There are those who call the race boring and would like to see the race moved to another track.
the end of the NASCAR season is still over four months away but there are plenty of fans who are more than happy to see the end of the NASCAR season in Phoenix…live. The grandstands have already sold out and there are a limited number of Hillside, Turn 1 Terrace, and Infield Hub tickets remaining for the Cup Series championship race to end the season.
This marks the fifth year in a row that the Cup Series race has sold out for the Cup Series race.
The tickets for the ARCA Menards, Craftsman Truck, and Xfinity Series are selling briskly.
Phoenix Raceway President Latasha Causey spoke on the ticket sales saying, “I’m deeply grateful for the support our fans continue to show Phoenix Raceway, but I’m not surprised. Their enthusiastic support has proven to the world that Phoenix Raceway is the place to be during NASCAR Championship Weekend. We’re going to do everything in our power to continue fueling that demand with a Championship Weekend experience they will never forget.”
The final weekend of the 2023 – 75th anniversary – NASCAR season begins on November 3 with a doublehead event featuring the ARCA Menards Series West and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series championship races.
