On May 5 Ed Sheeran will complete his series of mathematical albums when “-“ (Subtract) is released.

On the heels of that release, Sheeran will be giving a series of “intimate” concerts around North America along with launching a stadium tour.

Fellow singer-songwriter Ben Kweller will serve as the opening act for much of the “intimate” “-“ tour dates.

The North American performances are the first on this side of the Atlantic for Sheeran since before Covid in 2018.

Tickets go on sale May 2 at 10am local time using Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan system in an effort to cut down on mass ticket buyers with the intent of resale.

The single “Boat” from “-“ became Sheeran’s 14th number one hit in the United Kingdom; making him third on the list of chart toppers behind Elvis Presley and The Beatles.

On May 3, Disney+ will begin airing “Ed Sheeran: The Sum of it All” – an intimate documentary into the life and inspirations of Ed Sheeran.
