The Florida trio of Rod Wendt, Brie Deux, and Justin Burns – better known as Glove – will be doing a little pond hopping over the next couple of months when they play dates along the easter coast of the United States and around the United Kingdom.  For the UK dates, Glove will be opening up for Nation of Language.

The band released their debut album “Boom Nights” last year and continue to promote the album on the upcoming tour.

Playing what they call New Age Nostalgia, things get started off with the Tropical Heatwave Festival in their native Tampa before playing a couple more U.S. dates and then heading across the Atlantic for the UK.  Once the trio returns to the U.S., they will play a few more east coast dates.

Previously Glove has performed at Austin City Limits, SXSW, the Substance Festival, and Levitation.  They have also toured with Jack White, Spoon, and Foals.

In the coming months, Glove will be debuting some new music…maybe even on the tour.
