The Arctic Monkeys have planned a tour of the British Isles next spring and summer. The tour is in support of their newest album “The Car” which was released last week.

The Hives and The Mysterines will be joining the band on the tour.

The stadium tour kicks off in Bristol on May 29. The Scottish rockers will also be making a stop in their home of Sheffield.

The name of the Arctic Monkeys is being bantered about as a headliner for the annual Glastonbury Festival in June and as luck would have it, the lads are free on those dates.
