While much of the nation is beginning to ease their Covid protocol requirements, Broadway continues to show caution.

Currently the Broadway League requires all attendees to be fully vaccinated and wear a face covering at all times while inside the venue. The ruling applies to all cast and crew who are not on stage.

Visitors must show proof of vaccinations ; along with with, a proper photo I.D. School I.D.’s are fine for students 12 to 17; children under the age of eleven must be accompanied by an adult.

The only exception is when a visitor is eating or drinking in specifically designated areas.

The Broadway League states that any visitor five years of age or older must have had their last shot at least 14 days prior to attending a production. A proper vaccination is one that has previously been approved by the World Health Organization.

Any visitor who wishes to attend a production less than 14 days after their vaccination, must show prove of a negative Covid test 72 hours prior to the performance or a negative antigen test within six hours of the performance.

For visitors who are unable to get the vaccine can enter one of the 41 Broadway League theatres if they have a negative Covid 19 PCR test within 72 hours of or a negative Covid rapid antigen test withing six hours of a performance.

The same rules apply to anyone under the age of five who are currently unable to receive the vaccines.
