Following in the footsteps of “There Used to Be Horses Here”, Americana Music Awards winner Amy Speace is set to release her tenth album “Tucson” on April 8.

She recorded the seven song album in just a day and a half!

In her most intimate album yet, nothing is off limits when it comes to Speace’s private life including the first single “Cottonwood” which gets its name from a treatment center in Tucson, Arizona – a place where Speace herself spent some time – and a date rape.  The song was written while at the facility using an old out of tune piano.

The tracklisting for “Tucson”:
“If You Fall”
“Little Red”
“Blues for Joy”
“Why I Wake Early”
“The Offering”
“My Father’s House”
