When the Covid-19 pandemic sidelined sporting events last year, many NASCAR drivers turned to eNASCAR and iRacing to help satisfy their racing bug.

The Pro-Invitational Series, was a 10 race series that featured the same tracks the NASCAR Cup Series drivers ran during their season.

The series returns again this year and kicks of with the dirt race at Bristol Motor Speedway.

NASCAR has not run a race on the dirt in 50 years, the drivers are very anxious to take to the track on Friday for some practice.  But prior to that the drivers will race on the virtual dirt March 24, 2021.

Thirty-eight drivers are scheduled to take to their simulators for the virtual Bristol race including retired drivers Dale Earnhardt Jr and Clint Bowyer, Xfinity Series regular Austin Cindric, and Kyle Larson in a return to iRacing after his suspension last April.
