The Smashing Pumpkins, like all other artists, have had to put their tour plans on hold for this year, but they are not letting a global pandemci slow them down.

Next year the Pumpkins will be celebrating 25 years of their album “Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness” by planning a world tour. “Mellon Collie” was released 25 years ago this month but any celebrations had to be delayed.

The band will announce the dates, venues, and locations soon.

While locked down by the pandemic, the Smashing Pumpkins have not been idle, they have some new music on the way.

When the Pumpkins released “Mellon Collie”, they began a trilogy of concept albums. That trilogy was continued with “MACHINA”. Now they plan on completing the process with the final album some time late next year.
