The Xfinity Series concludes their regular season at Bristol Motor Speedway with the Food City 300.

Justin Allgaier sits on the pole and will bring the field to the green flag with Ross Chastain alongside on the front row.

Stages one and two of the race are 85 laps each with stage three lasting 130 laps for a total of 300 laps around the half mile track.

Justin Allgaier brings the field down for the green flag start of the race from the outside lane with Allgaier jumping out in front for the lead.

Lap three Ross Chastain battles Justin Allgaier for the lead and takes the top spot on lap four.

Lap six, the top five are Ross Chastain, Justin Allgaier, Austin Cindric, Noah Gragson, and Chase Briscoe.

After being in the top five, Justin Haley is falling back in the field; he is currently in ninth place.

Lap eleven Leader Ross Chastain has encountered slower traffic with Justin Allgaier less than half a second back and challenging for the lead.

Lap 17 Ross Chastain is in heavy traffic with Justin Allgaier a third of a second back; there are 25 cars on the lead lap.

Lap 18, Justin Allgaier has closed the gap on leader Ross Chastain to under two tenths of a second.  These are the first laps that Ross Chastain has led at Bristol.

NASCAR has called for a competition caution flag around lap 40.  Since returning to racing, NASCAR has called for a competition caution in many of the races to allows teams to check for tire wear and allowing for adjustments since the teams have not been able to have any practice time on the track.

Lap 27, the top five remains Ross Chastain, Justin Allgaier, Austin Cindric, Noah Gragson, and Chase Briscoe.  Justin Allgaier is less than two car lengths behind Ross Chastain.

Brett Moffitt has had some issues with his car and has already been on pit road three times to work on the car.  He is currently seven laps down.

Lap 33, there are on 19 cars on the lead lap.

Austin Cindric has joined the battle for the top position as drivers encounter slower traffic.

Lap 36, Justin Allgaier is on leader Ross Chastain’s bumper and challenging for the lead.

Myatt Snider and Stephen Leicht are off the track.

Lap 40, there are only 17 cars on the lead lap.

NASCAR throws the yellow flag for the competition caution.  The teams have only four sets of tires for tonight’s race.

Gray Gaulding is the “lucky dog” which will put 18 cars on the lead lap.

Ryan Sieg was one of only two drivers on the lead lap to come down pit road.  Sieg was caught speeding on pit road and will have to restart the race form the back of the field.

Ross Chastain brings the field down for the green flag restart from the inside lane on lap 47 but it is Justin Allgaier who edges out for the lead from the outside.

Ross Chastain battles Justin Allgaier for the lead and on lap 51, Allgaier holds on to the lead.

Lap 52, the top five are Justin Allgaier, Ross Chastain, Chase Briscoe, Austin Cindric, and Justin Haley.

Lap 58, Justin Allgaier has a third of a second lead on Ross Chastain with Chase Briscoe in third.

The caution flag comes out for a big crash on lap 63.  Tommy Joe Martins, BJ McLeod, Jeffrey Earnhardt, and Vinnie Miller were among those involved.  There were some hard hits against the wall in the wreck.

NASCAR displayed the red flag briefly in order to get the track cleaned up.

Ryan Sieg made a second trip down pit road for adjustments and fresh tires.

Justin Allgaier brings the field down for the green flag restart from the outside lane on lap 70 and jumps out in front for the lead with Ross Chastain in second.

Bayley Currey was the “lucky dog” putting 19 cars on the lead lap.

Justin Haley passes Ross Chastain for second.

Lap 73, the top five are Justin Allgaier, Justin Haley, Ross Chastain, Noah Gragson, and Chase Briscoe.

Lap 76, Justin Allgaier has a lead of nearly half a second Justin Haley; Ross Chastain, Chase Briscoe, and Austin Cindric round out the top five.

Vinnie and BJ McLeod are out of the race.  Myatt Snider and Stephen Leicht are still off the track.

Three laps remain in stage one, Justin Allgaier continues to lead the race.

Drivers come down pit road for service and fresh tires with Justin Allgaier winning the race off of pit road from the number one pit stall.

After staying out on the track, Ryan Sieg brings the field down for the green flag start of stage two on lap 94 from the inside lane and goes nose to nose with Justin Allgaier.  Justin Allgaier takes the lead with Chase Briscoe in second and Austin Cindric in third.

Lap 96, Justin Allgaier has a half second lead on Austin Cindric; Chase Briscoe, Noah Gragson, and Justin Haley round out the top five.  Ross Chastain has fallen to eighth place.

Lap 100, with 20 cars on the lead lap, Justin Allgaier has a quarter of a second lead on Austin Cindric with Chase Briscoe over a second back in third.

Justin Haley is falling back in the field and has to bring his car down pit road with a possible flat tire.

Lap 107, Justin Allgaier continues to lead the race and has a lead of nearly half a second on Austin Cindric.

Lap 109, leader Justin Allgaier is encountering heavy traffic with drivers getting three wide across the track.

Lap 112, Austin Cindric has caught up to the bumper of leader Justin Allgaier while Allgaier battles slower traffic.

Kyle Weatherman, Myatt Snider, and Stephen Leicht are all out of the race.

Lap 115, there are 19 cars on the lead lap.

Lap 118, Justin Allgaier has increased his lead on  Austin Cindric to half a second as the lead lap drivers continue to encounter heavy traffic.

Michael Annett slams the wall and brings out the caution flag on lap 121.  Joe Graf Jr was also involved in the wreck.

NASCAR has displayed the red flag and stopped the race while they clean up the track.  There is a lot of fluid on the track.

Justin Haley is continuing to have issues with handling issues and right side tires.

NASCAR has pulled the red flag and put out the yellow flag as the drivers get moving again.

Michael Annett is out of the race.

A half mile track, slower cars are finding it difficult to “get out the way”.

Justin Haley has brought his car down pit road again to try and diagnose the issue…all while trying to stay on the lead lap.  There are 17 cars on the lead lap.

Justin Allgaier brings the field down for the green flag restart from the outside lane on lap 130.  And edges out for the lead with Austin Cindric right behind him.

With most of the drivers on the inside lane, Harrison Burton is stuck on the outside and having trouble getting in a spot.

Lap 133, Timmy Hill is the last car on the lead lap in 18th place.

Lap 135, the top five are Justin Allgaier, Austin Cindric, Noah Gragson, Chase Briscoe, and Harrison Burton.

Lap 140, Justin Allgaier continues to lead the race and has a third of a second lead on Austin Cindric with Noah Gragson in third nearly a second behind.

Myatt Snider’s car encountered a rock that punctured the oil pan.

Lap 145, Justin Allgaier has pulled out to a lead of nearly half a second on Austin Cindric.

Noah Gragson and Ross Chastain make contact…several times…on the track.  The aggressive battle continues for a few laps.

Lap 151, Justin Allgaier has increased his lead to nearly a second on Austin Cindric; Chase Briscoe, Ross Chastain, and Noah Gragson round out the otp five.

Lap 162, Justin Allgaier has led 113 laps so far.

Lap 164, Justin Allgaier has pulled out toa lead of over a second and a half on Austin Cindric; Chase Briscoe, Ross Chastain, and Noah Gragson round out the top five.  There are 16 cars on the lead lap.

Two laps remain in stage two, Justin Allgaier has a lead of over two seconds.

Justin Allgaier sweeps the stage wins for his eleventh and twelfth stage wins of the season.

Austin Cindric came out in eighth place after a tire fell on the air hose.

Chase Briscoe brings the field down for the green flag start of stage three on lap 179 with Ross Chastain alongside on the front row.  Ross Chastain gets out in front for the lead with Chase Briscoe in second; Justin Allgaier, Harrison Burton, and Noah Gragson round out the top five.

Lap 183, Ross Chastain has a near half second lead on Chase Briscoe; Justin Allgaier, Harrison Burton, and Austin Cindric round out the top five.

Lap 188, Ross Chastain leads the race; Justin Allgaier, Harrison Burton, and Austin Cindric are all battling for position form third to nine. 

Justin Allgaier is reporting that his car is way tighter.

Lap 192, the top five are Ross Chastain, Chase Briscoe, Justin Allgaier, Austin Cindric, and Harrison Burton.

Drivers are making it four wide on the track as drivers battle slower traffic.

Lap 189, Chase Briscoe has closed the gap on leader Ross Chastain to under half a second as they battle slower traffic.

Justin Allgaier has fallen to sixth place.

Lap 200, Ross Chastain leads the race with Chase Briscoe in second less than half a second back; Austin Cindric, Harrison Burton, and Riley Herbst round out the top five.
Bayley Currey brings out the sixth caution flag of the race on 200 when he throws a spring out on the track.  Currey takes his car to the garage with a suspension issue.

Justin Allgaier is reporting that he has not grip on the track.

Ross Chastain brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap 209 with Ross Chastain getting out in front after a push from Austin Cindric.

The top five are Ross Chastain, Austin Cindric, Chase Briscoe, Riley Herbst, and Harrison Burton.

Lap 211, Bayley Currey is out of the race.

Lap 215, Ross Chastain has pulled out to a lead of nearly half a second on Austin Cindric with Chase Briscoe in third.  After reporting car issues, Justin Allgaier has moved up to fifth place.

Lap 221, Ross Chastain continues to lead the race by nearly half a second on Austin Cindric; Chase Briscoe, Harrison Burton, and Justin Allgaier round out the top five.

Leader Ross Chastain has only two stage win points and no wins this season.

Chase Briscoe takes second place from Austin Cindric with 73 laps remaining in the race.

There are 15 cars on the lead lap.

Seventy laps remain in the race, Ross Chastain has the lead with Chase Briscoe in second; Austin Cindric, Harrison Burton, and Justin Allgaier round out the top five.

Lap 240, Ross Chastain has a third of a second lead on Chase Briscoe; Austin Cindric, Harrison  Burton, and Justin Allgaier round out the top five.

Lap 243, the caution flag comes out when Dexter Bean spins out.  The teams have one final set of tires remaining in the pits and will be coming down pit road for fresh tires.

Ross Chastain wins the race off of pit road; followed by Chase Briscoe, Austin Cindric, and Justin Allgaier.

Ross Chastain brings the field down for the green flag restart from the outside lane on lap 250.  Even before the green flag drops, the drivers are getting aggressive.  Ross Chastain takes the lead with Austin Cindric in second.

Austin Cindric takes the lead with Justin Allgaier and Chase Briscoe battling for third.

Lap 254, the top five are Austin Cindric, Ross Chastain, Chase Briscoe, Justin Allgaier, and Harrison Burton.

Lap 258, Austin Cindric has a third of a second lead on Ross Chastain; Chase Briscoe, Justin Allgaier, and Harrison Burton round out the top five with 15 cars on the lead lap.

With less than 40 laps remaining in the race, the drivers are getting aggressive all through the field as they battle for position.

Thirty to go, leader Austin Cindric encounters slower traffic.  Ross Chastain is on leader Austin Cindric’s bumper and looking to take the lead.

Lap 172, Chase Briscoe has made it a three way battle.

Harrison Burton has taken fourth place form Justin Allgaier.

Only 20 laps remain in the race, Austin Cindric continues to lead the race with Ross Chastain in second and Chase Briscoe in third.

Fifteen to go, Ross Chastain is closing the gap on leader Austin Cindric. 

Austin Cindric reports that he has lost power steering.

Chase Briscoe is challenging Ross Chastain for second.

Lap 289, Ross Chastain and Chase Briscoe battle for second including making contact with Chase Briscoe taking the spot.

Chase Briscoe has caught leader Austin Cindric and is challenging for the lead with just seven laps remaining in the race.

Lap 294, Chase Briscoe passes Austin Cindric for  the lead.

Five to go, Ross Chastain passes Austin Cindric for second.

Three laps remain in the race; with 13 cars on the lead lap, Chase Briscoe has a lead of over half a second on Ross Chastain.

Chase Briscoe takes the white flag.

With six wins already under his belt, Chase Briscoe wins at Bristol for his seventh win of the season.  And there are some fans in the stands to cheer on the race winner.
