As NASCAR continues to recover the 2020 racing season, the Xfinity Series makes a stop at the largest track on the circuit for the Unhinged 300 at Talladega Speedway.

Joining the FOX Sports crew in the broadcast booth is Aric Almirola making his debut appearance in the broadcast booth.

After a random draw, Justin Haley sits on the pole and will bring the field to the green flag.

Stages one and two of the race are 25 laps each with stage three lasting 63 laps for a total of 113 laps around the 2.66 mile track.

NASCAR has called for a competition caution on lap 10.

The Dash-4-Cash returns for race three with Brandon Jones, Ross Chastain, AJ Allmendinger, and Chase Briscoe battling it out for the $100,000 prize.

Lap three, Michael Annett takes the lead  briefly.

The top five are Justin Haley, Michael Annett, Noah Gragson, Brandon, Jones, Austin Cindric.

Ryan Sieg hits the wall and has to make an unscheduled trop down pit road with a flat tire.

Lap five, after swapping the lead back and forth, Michael Annett is the new leader with Justin Haley in second; Brandon Jones, Noah Gragson, and Anthony Alfredo round out the top five.

Lap eight, has to make another trip down pit road and takes his car to the garage.

Lap nine, Michael Annett has a narrow lead on Justin Haley; Anthony Alfredo, Ross Chastain, and Chase Briscoe round out the top five.

The antenna on Justin Haley’s car is flopping around.

At the end of lap 10, NASCAR throws the competition caution allowing teams the option of making a stop for adjustments.  Over half of the field came down pit road for service.

Michael Annett brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap 15 from the inside lane and goes nose to nose with Justin Haley.

Lap 16, Ross Chastain takes the lead briefly before Justin Haley retakes the top spot with Anthony Alfredo in second.

Lap 18, Justin Haley leads the way with Anthony Alfredo in second; Ross Chastain, Brett Moffitt, and Austin Cindric round out the top five as the drivers get three wide across the track.

Lap 19, drivers get four wide across the track.

Ryan Sieg has returned to the track eleven laps down.

Lap 21 Justin Haley holds on to a narrow lead over Anthony Alfredo; Ross Chastain, Brett Moffitt, and Austin Cindric round out the top five.  Ryan Sieg is the only driver not on the lead lap.

With three laps remaining in stage one, the drivers continue to get three and four wide across the track.

On a hot summer afternoon in Alabama, temperatures inside the cars are reaching 130 degrees with air temperatures around 90.

Taking fuel only, Josh Williams wins the race off of pit road.

Harrison Burton brings the field down pit road for the green flag start of stage two on lap 29 with Justin Allgaier alongside on the front row after staying out on the track.

Harrison Burton and Justin Allgaier swap the lead back and forth before Allgaier finally gets out in front for the lead with Ross Chastain in second.

Lap 31, Justin Allgaier is in the lead with Harrison Burton and Ross Chastain battling back and forth for second; Anthony Alfredo and Brandon Jones round out the top five.

Lap 33, Anthony Alfredo takes the lead as drivers get three wide across the track.

Lap 34, the top five are Anthony Alfredo, Justin Haley, Austin Cindric, Ross Chastain, and Harrison Burton.

John Jackson is off the track and Jesse Little is one lap down.

Lap 38, Chase Briscoe has taken the lead with Anthony Alfredo in second.

The top five are Chase Briscoe, Austin Cindric, Anthony Alfredo, Jeb Burton, and Ross Chastain.

In his first race since Daytona, Jeb Burton has moved up to third place in the number eight JR Motorsports car that car owner Dale Earnhardt Jr took to a top five finish at Homestead-Miami last week.

Brett Moffitt has been reporting some overheating issues.

Lap 42, Chase Briscoe leads the way with Austin Cindric in second; Anthony Alfredo, Ross Chastain, and Brett Moffitt round out the top five.

John Jackson becomes the first driver out of the race.

With just three laps remaining in stage two, the drivers continually swap spots as they vie for position to gain stage points.

There are 36 cars on the lead lap with only one car out of the race.

Lap 62, Dale Earnhardt Jr’s JR Motorsports drivers have the first four spots with Noah Gragson leading the way; followed by Michael Annett, Jeb Burton, and Justin Allgaier; Harrison Burton rounds out the top five.

With 63 laps in stage three, the drivers cannot complete the race without making a pit stop.

Lap 67, the JR Motorsports cars continue to occupy the top four spots with Noah Gragson leading the way; Michael Annett, Jeb Burton, and Justin Allgaier follow with Harrison Burton rounding out the otp five.

Matt Mills is off the track.

With 44 laps remaining in the race, AJ Allmendinger, who has been riding out the race from the back of the field, is beginning to make his move and is now in 20th place.

Jesse Little is the only car one lap down with Ryan Sieg 10 laps down.

Lap 70 the top five remains Noah Gragson, Michael Annett, Jeb Burton, Justin Allgaier, and Harrison Burton.

Tim Veins slams the wall and gets a flat tire but the track stays green.

The caution flag comes out on lap 77 when Riley Herbst gets turned around and goes slideways down the track after making contact with Bett Moffitt.  Fortunately the incident did not snag several other drivers.  Chase Briscoe was involved.  This is the first caution flag for an on track incident.

A few drivers had begun making their green flag pit stops when the caution flag came out.

With 27 laps remaining in the race, Ross Chastain has a narrow lead on AJ Allmendinger; Jeb Burton, Justin Allgaier, and Noah Gragson round out the top five.

With 23 laps to go, Ross Chastain continues to lead the race with AJ Allmendinger in second;  Jeb Burton, Justin Allgaier, and Noah Gragson round out the top five.

And with only 18 laps remaining in the race, the big one happens.  Josh Williams, Harrison Burton, Colin Garrett, and Kody Vanderwal were all involved.

NASCAR has red flagged the race to get the track cleaned up.

After a delay of about 15 minutes, NASCAR pulls the red flag and displays the yellow.  The drivers are moving again.

With just 14 laps remaining in the race, Ross Chastain brings the field down for the green flag restart with team mate AJ Allmendinger alongside on the front row.  The drivers gets three wide with Jeb Burton and Ross Chastain battling for the lead.

AJ Allmendinger has fallen out of the top 10 to 14th.

With 12 laps to go, Austin Cindric takes the lead with Jeb Burton in second; Ross Chastain, Justin Haley, and Noah Gragson round out the top five.

Ten to go, Austin Cindric leads from the outside lane with Ross Chastain in second; Jeb Burton, Noah Gragson, and Justin Haley round out the top five.

Nine to go, Jeb Burton is the new leader with Justin Haley in second.

A big crash with just eight laps remaining in the race brings out the caution flag.  Timmy Hill, Myatt Snider, Tommy Joe Martins, Noah Gragson, Justin Allgaier, Brandon Jones, Michael Annett, Chad Finchum, Jeff Green, and Robby Lyons were among those involved.

For the second time, NASCAR has red flagged the race to get the track cleaned up.

Ross Chastain in fifth place is the driver who can take home the Dash-4-Cash prize.

The cars are moving once again after a short red flag condition.
