The John Lennon Songwriting Contest has a solution for musicians who are stuck at home and unable to perform gigs.

Each week the JLSC will sponsor a “Stuck at Home” songwriting contest. Each Monday a winner will be selected to win a selection of studio gear. The contest is open to writers, artists, and bands. The deadline each week is on Sunday night.

The prize package could include headphones, microphones, monitors, guitar stands, a tablet holder, cables, connectors, and a Yamaha guitar and keyboard.

All entries will also be automatically entered into the annual Lennon Contest that has over $300,000 in prizes including a $20,000 grand prize.

In it’s 23 year history, the John Lennon Songwriting Contest has awarded the efforts of popular artists including Meghan Trainor, American Authors, MAGIC!, and Gaby Moreno.
