Awards season just got a bit busier with the new addition of the Spotify Awards.
The inaugural awards ceremony will take place on March 5 in Mexico City, Mexico.
Latin music artist Bad Bunny leads the field of nominees with 13 nominations. Banda MS, J Balvin, Daddy Yankee have all garnered double digit nominations.
A streaming service, the Spotify Award winners will be based on the user-generated data of the service. The first of its kind, the Spotify Awards are specific to Mexico.
