With the beginning of the 2019 NASCAR racing season less than two months away, more owners are filling seat left open after drivers were let go, moved on to another series, or retired from racing.
In what turned out to be a big wedding and Christmas present, GoFas Racng has named Corey LaJoie as the new driver for their number 32 car in the Monster Energy Cup Series for the 2019 racing season.
LaJoie takes over for the departing Matt DiBenedetto who has moved on to drive the number 95 car in the Monster Cup Series for Leavine Family Racing.
Speaking on the events, LaJoie said, “this is the best holiday ever. I’m really excited about it. Just, God’s got me in a really good point in my life right now.”
LaJoie has made 57 starts in the Cup Series over the past three years driving for BK Racing and TriStar Motorsports.
