Music has become just as much a part of professional football as the football itself. When the 2018 NFL season begins next month, New York Jets fans at Metlife Stadium will hear some new tunes.
The Jets have joined forces with De Jam Records to provide some new music…and a new fan experience for football fans.
Speaking on the new partnership Jets President Neil Glat said, “through our partnership with Def Jam Recordings, we are looking to amplify our in-game experience and provide fans with entertaining content from their truly talented artists.”
Along with new music, Jets players will be featured in a new video series interacting with Def Jam Records artists. The first video in the series will feature Def Jam’s Jadakiss hanging out with Jets safeties Jamal Adams and Marcus Maye.
